The body encapsulates Toxins in Fat Cells to prevent them from reaching the heart, lungs, and brain. Toxins can wreak havoc on vital organs.
This protocol is commonly done at the start of the year as a weight loss protocol, but tis’ really just a good measure to do yearly.
For You:
Add 10 drops of Ledum Essential oil
to a full 15ml Bottle of Citrus Fresh. Allow synergizing for 24 hours before use.
Apply topically to areas of concern at least 2x per day – including cellulite for you, dog mama.
At bedtime, take 20 drops of Grapefruit in a gel cap.
Continue for 6 weeks.
For Your Dog:
10 Drops of Ledum mixed with 15ml of Citrus Fresh. You can dilute this by 50% with coconut oil or V6 as desired based on the size of your dog.
Reduce # of drops (1-4) depending on size of dog) of Grapefruit Essential Oil and add to their food.
For dogs, I recommend a modified duration of daily for 2 weeks, take 1 week off and repeat for 2 weeks., take 1 week off, and repeat for 2 weeks.
Best to include Lymph node area/s near your area of interest such as groin, back of knees, ankles and armpits
For our dogs, I’d apply directly to any lumps and bumps. I would consider doing this protocol anytime I see a new bump show up that the vets says is a fatty lipoma, wart, skin tag or cyst to watch.
