You have the option to only get email when you want to receive it from this forum, or to turn it off completely and just come back here when you need too.
Under your photo (or Initials) in the upper right corner scroll down to the profile icon
Choose Pause Notifications, and you can set a custom schedule
Then Under Preferences select whether you want to receive an email summary at all, daily, weekly, etc.
