Mushroom Tinctures Vs Powders: Which is Better

Well, it might depend on who you ask. And it may depend on how much you have to give your dog (or yourself) to achieve the desired beta-glucan levels.

I use and recommend from two companies. CBD Dog Health and Real Mushrooms. Yes, I know 4 Leaf Rover and other’s have options as well. But I belive these are the top 2. I also really love the tinctures to add easily to food or a direct shot in the mouth, or add the drops to a mid-day treat. This works very well for the small to mid-size dog. Not that they don’t work for big dogs – they do, the bottles are just pretty small! So to add a higher volume of beta-glucans I add the powders to food until it reaches such a point that it’s just to must “mud” for the dog to eat. So you may have to mix and match.
