I feel this in my bones. Happens very often when someone wants me to compare a product I recommended to something they found on Amazon or Chewy for a few dollars less.
Or people spending a lot of money on products that aren’t right for their dog’s needs, but Dr Google and Nurse FB said it might work. Yet what I recommend is challenged.
Wrong doses, low quality products will never work, etc.

Can you call us those people when your dog is sick? Do they get to know you? And care about your dog specifically in their heart vs their business model?
