I think you can rotate them for variety. I don’t think you need both daily.
If you are still using YL, I think the multigreens formula(s) are also effective.

You can! its a great nutritional supplement and good for gut health. Follow the instructions on the label for dosing.
I tend to not do anything all the time. Meaning I take breaks, rotate and change up variety. I do this because it can prevent boredom, can prevent what I call being in a rut and challenges the body to use different foods and ingredients.
What I mean by that is maybe a few weeks or a full container of the product and then maybe try an alternative for a few days (ie sauerkraut, kefir, different supplement) and then resume.
But if it works for him there is no reason you can’t use daily:
